Clay Commons community,
We'll be holding a large booth at the farmers market 2026 from May through November to display your pieces, with peak summer months bringing the highest foot traffic.Â
The participation fee is $110 per artist for the full 7-month season as well as a 15% booth fee. This will go toward market fees, covering logistics, paying the in person coordinator a wage for being on site.Â
We'll display your waves of stock throughout the year! Market attendance is completely optional as we'll have someone there to represent and hold onto your pieces through the season.Â
-
Small items: Provide 15+ pieces in a 17-quart plastic bin
-
Larger restocks:Â AÂ 34-quart bin is also accepted
-
A dedicated Farmers Market Coordinator will:
-
Display your pieces at each market
-
Track inventory and sales
-
Handle artist communication
-
Request restocks when your stock runs low (typically every 2â3 weeks during summer)
-
For payouts youâll receive your earnings after each market via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo, based on your selection at sign-up.
Additional notes:
-
Pieces priced $10â$50 sell best
-
Smaller functional items outperform large display pieces
-
Inventory is tracked weekly, but outdoor market risks apply. We handle your work with care and transparency.
