Clay Commons is an online marketplace that connects independent ceramic artists and studios (“Sellers”) with buyers (“Customers”). We provide the platform for listing, discovering, and purchasing handmade ceramics but do not own, produce, or ship the items sold. Each listing is created and managed by the individual artist or studio. 2. Eligibility

To use Clay Commons, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current. 3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree not to impersonate another person or use another user’s account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Listings and Content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability. All images and content uploaded to the platform must belong to you or have the appropriate permissions. Clay Commons may remove listings or content that violate our policies or intellectual property rights. 5. Orders, Payments, and Fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Stripe or other integrated payment providers. When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes or shipping fees. Clay Commons may collect a small service fee from each transaction to support platform operations. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping items to customers or making them available for local pickup if offered. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Delivery times vary by location and seller. 7. Returns and Refunds

All sales on Clay Commons are final. Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of damage during shipping or an error in fulfillment. If an issue arises, please contact the seller directly within 7 days of receiving your order. We encourage open communication between buyers and makers to resolve any concerns. 8. Marketplace Conduct

By using Clay Commons, you agree to: Engage respectfully with others. Avoid posting or selling illegal, harmful, or discriminatory items or content. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these principles. 9. Intellectual Property

We are not responsible for: Misrepresentations or omissions in listings, Buyer-seller disputes, Shipping issues, loss, or damages.
